The site is operated by Ruggiez LLC ("Ruggiez", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company organized in the State of Delaware, United States. In these Terms, "you" means anyone who visits the site, creates or claims a Trader ID, or places an order. You can reach us at hello.ruggiez@gmail.com.

Trash Traders is a party card game. Its themes and card names — including "Rug Pull," "FUD," "Gas Fees," coins, and similar — are works of comedy and parody about trading culture. They are game mechanics, not real assets. Nothing we sell is a cryptocurrency, token, NFT, security, or investment, and nothing on this site is financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. Buying our products will not earn you money and is not an opportunity to invest. Ruggiez is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, any actual cryptocurrency, blockchain project, exchange, or token.

Some purchases and promotions come with a "Trader ID" — a commemorative membership identifier you can claim and customize by verifying an email address. By claiming one, you understand and agree that:

• A Trader ID has no monetary or cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and is not a token, coin, security, or financial instrument of any kind.
• Any future perks, drops, or benefits mentioned in connection with Trader IDs or "founding" status are discretionary and not guaranteed. We may change, add, reduce, or discontinue them at any time.
• Trader IDs are personal to you and tied to your email; you may not sell, rent, or transfer one without our written permission.
• We may suspend or revoke a Trader ID if it is claimed fraudulently, used abusively, or obtained in violation of these Terms.

To place an order you must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. Our games are intended for players aged 12 and up, but the account holder and purchaser must be an adult (or a supervised minor with a consenting adult). You agree not to use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose.

We sell physical card games, expansions, and merchandise. We have tried to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary and slight differences are normal. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Event or expo pricing is separate and does not apply to online orders. Stock is limited. We may limit quantities per person or order, and may refuse or cancel any order — including orders that appear to be from resellers, or that contain a pricing or description error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it. Occasionally the site may contain typos or inaccuracies in descriptions, pricing, or availability; we may correct these and update or cancel affected orders even after they are placed.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we confirm it or ship it. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, and we do not store your full card details. You agree to provide accurate, current billing and contact information so we can process your order and reach you if needed.

We ship to many countries. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by couriers and customs. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless the checkout explicitly states duties are included, these are your responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping price; in some cases a duty or tax charge may arrive after delivery. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. If a package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at hello.ruggiez@gmail.com with photos and your order number and we will make it right (see Section 8).

• Unopened items: request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, provided the item is unused and in resalable condition. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong thing.
• Damaged or defective: contact us within 14 days with photos and we will replace it or refund it, including reasonable shipping.
• Made-to-order and personalized items (custom artwork, personalized collectibles) are non-refundable once production has begun, except where defective.
• Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship.

The Ruggiez raccoon characters, the wider Ruggiez world, and all character designs, artwork, card art, and game rules and text on this site are original works owned by Ruggiez LLC and protected by copyright. "Ruggiez," "Trash Traders," and our logos are trademarks and trade names of Ruggiez LLC, used to identify our products. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to view the site and to use the products you buy for personal, non-commercial play and enjoyment.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell (other than reselling a genuine physical unit you bought), publicly perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit our characters, artwork, or content — including for merchandise, prints, digital assets, or AI training — without our prior written permission. If you send us ideas, feedback, photos, reviews, tags, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content to promote Ruggiez, and you confirm it is yours to share and does not infringe anyone's rights. We are not obligated to keep submissions confidential, pay for them, or use them. Do not submit anything unlawful, abusive, infringing, or containing malicious code.

You agree not to: use the site or products for any unlawful purpose; infringe our or anyone's intellectual property; harass, abuse, or harm others; submit false information; scrape, spider, or harvest data; introduce viruses or malicious code; or interfere with the site's security or operation. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms.

The site may link to or rely on third parties. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your dealings with them are governed by their terms and policies, not ours.

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of this may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruggiez LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a product will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ruggiez LLC and its members, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence give you additional rights or a different venue.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies posted on the site, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and your purchases.
